• Lead end-to-end project activities, including planning, analysis, system build, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct detailed evaluations of workflows, data inputs, reporting requirements, and technical challenges to support both operational and strategic decisions related to Epic.
• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Engage with vendors and cross-functional teams to assess options, prioritize needs, and propose alternative approaches and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support staff by establishing and refining best practices for system configuration and documentation.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including creating test scripts, capturing results, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings to review user feedback, workflow gaps, system performance, trends, and potential enhancement opportunities.
• Partner with other teams as needed to support Epic’s native reporting capabilities.
• Design, build, validate, and deploy Epic standard reports and dashboards.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to be onsite for initial system assessments and implementation phases, as required by the business.
• Willingness to travel between multiple locations.

• Proven experience in business analysis, workflow design, and optimization within Epic environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated leadership in facilitating meetings and resolving issues or conflicts.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Epic Cadence certification and prior experience working at Epic (former Epic employees strongly preferred).
