AI Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Implementation Specialist to help drive the strategic adoption, implementation, governance, and maturation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities across business and operational functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor and implementation expert, partnering with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver responsible, sustainable AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology transformation, AI implementation, governance, and organizational change management. This position focuses on enabling departments to successfully adopt and independently sustain AI capabilities while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and responsible-AI standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct AI readiness assessments and evaluate organizational preparedness for AI adoption.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases that align with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Develop AI implementation roadmaps, adoption strategies, and governance frameworks.
  • Recommend enterprise AI platforms, tools, and integration approaches.
  • Design, oversee, and support AI proofs of concept (POCs), pilot programs, and production implementations.
  • Establish responsible AI practices, including governance, risk management, validation, human oversight, and quality assurance.
  • Develop standards for prompt engineering, data handling, testing, validation, and AI output review.
  • Evaluate AI-generated content and solutions for accuracy, privacy, security, bias, maintainability, and compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
  • Prepare executive briefings, technical documentation, standards, reports, and training materials.
  • Measure AI adoption, performance, business value, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide structured knowledge transfer and training to enable internal staff to independently manage and expand AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, infrastructure teams, business analysts, developers, project managers, and executive leadership.
  • Support AI-assisted development initiatives and validate AI-generated work products when application development is part of a targeted use case.
  • Ensure all AI-enabled solutions align with organizational policies, security requirements, privacy obligations, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor is preferred.
