Epic Cadence Application Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions, facility walkthroughs, and business process assessments.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Design and optimize future-state workflows, configurations, and data mappings.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, and project teams.
  • Develop test plans, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and document results.
  • Create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
  • Support go-live activities, issue resolution, adoption monitoring, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, risk assessments, and final project deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in business analysis, workflow design, configuration, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to manage complex projects through planning, analysis, testing, implementation, and deployment phases.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience leading meetings, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus among diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, system functionality, data requirements, and technical issues.
  • Experience developing and executing testing strategies, test scripts, and UAT activities.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between project sites as required.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.

Additional Information:

Position is onsite at designated correctional facilities and remote as applicable. This position is anticipated to be onsite for 2-
3 weeks for the initial assessment and again for 1-2 weeks for go-live support.
