Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions, facility walkthroughs, and business process assessments.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Design and optimize future-state workflows, configurations, and data mappings.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, and project teams.
- Develop test plans, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and document results.
- Create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
- Support go-live activities, issue resolution, adoption monitoring, and post-implementation reviews.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, risk assessments, and final project deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Experience in business analysis, workflow design, configuration, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage complex projects through planning, analysis, testing, implementation, and deployment phases.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience leading meetings, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus among diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze business processes, system functionality, data requirements, and technical issues.
- Experience developing and executing testing strategies, test scripts, and UAT activities.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to travel between project sites as required.
- Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.

Additional Information:
Position is onsite at designated correctional facilities and remote as applicable. This position is anticipated to be onsite for 2-
3 weeks for the initial assessment and again for 1-2 weeks for go-live support.
