Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact initiative with a leading healthcare organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in healthcare IT project management, particularly those familiar with systems integration and claims processing.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Service Authorizations, Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with Navitus, Pharmacy Claims Import for Patient Access, and all associated updates to downstream integrations and reporting systems. This position requires strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless delivery across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews across healthcare departments to assess application usage, value, and redundancies.
  • Analyze the complete application inventory (300+ systems), including business and clinical software.
  • Review licensing, maintenance, and support costs for each application.
  • Assess application alignment with data retention, legal, compliance, and risk frameworks.
  • Evaluate system dependencies, technical architecture, and infrastructure footprint (e.g., servers, storage).
  • Build and maintain an accurate, searchable application catalog with metadata on ownership, cost, and utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, or decommissioning.
  • Develop a roadmap and action plan for secure decommissioning, archival, and data migration.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready summaries and recommendations.
